2. Mystery Box Disclaimer (IMPORTANT)

All products sold are mystery boxes containing randomly selected items.

By purchasing, you explicitly agree that:

• Contents are random and non-customisable
• No guarantees are made regarding specific teams, players, or items
• Product images/videos are illustrative examples only

Dissatisfaction with contents does NOT qualify for a refund.

3. Strict No-Returns Policy (Opened Items)

Due to the nature of our products:

• ❌ No returns or refunds once a mystery box has been opened
• ❌ No refunds based on perceived value, duplicates, or preferences
• ❌ No exchanges for different items

This policy is in place to prevent abuse and ensure fairness for all customers.

4. Refund Eligibility (Limited Cases Only)

Refunds or replacements are ONLY issued if:

• Item arrives damaged
• Incorrect item or size received
• Item missing from order

To qualify:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• You must provide clear video/photo evidence, including unboxing if requested

We reserve the right to deny claims without sufficient proof.

5. Anti-Fraud & Abuse Policy

We actively monitor for abuse. We reserve the right to:

• Refuse refunds where patterns of abuse are detected
• Cancel orders from high-risk customers
• Block accounts suspected of fraudulent activity

Examples of abuse include:

• Repeated refund claims
• False “item not received” reports
• Attempting to return opened mystery boxes

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in:

• Immediate account ban
• Submission of evidence (including order data, IP address, delivery confirmation) to your payment provider

We fully dispute fraudulent chargebacks.

7. Shipping & Risk

Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We are not liable for:

• Lost/stolen parcels after delivery
• Incorrect address provided at checkout

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any sports teams, leagues, or brands.
