Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

International Shipping

3. Tracking & Proof of Delivery
All orders are shipped with tracked delivery services.
By placing an order, you agree that:
- Tracking information provided by the courier is valid proof of shipment and delivery
- A package marked as “Delivered” by the courier is considered fulfilled and received
We retain shipping records, tracking numbers, and delivery confirmations for dispute resolution purposes.
4. “Item Not Received” Claims
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order:
You must:
- Contact the courier directly
- Check with neighbours or household members
- Verify the shipping address provided
We are not responsible for:
- Theft after delivery
- Delivery to shared addresses (e.g. flats, student housing)
- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
Claims without supporting evidence may be denied.
