All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders flagged as high-risk or potentially fraudulent.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: £3.99 
  • Express Shipping: £5.99 

International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 10–14 business days
  • Shipping costs calculated at checkout

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.


3. Tracking & Proof of Delivery

All orders are shipped with tracked delivery services.

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • Tracking information provided by the courier is valid proof of shipment and delivery
  • A package marked as “Delivered” by the courier is considered fulfilled and received

We retain shipping records, tracking numbers, and delivery confirmations for dispute resolution purposes.


4. “Item Not Received” Claims

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order:

You must:

  1. Contact the courier directly
  2. Check with neighbours or household members
  3. Verify the shipping address provided

We are not responsible for:

  • Theft after delivery
  • Delivery to shared addresses (e.g. flats, student housing)
  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Claims without supporting evidence may be denied.


5. Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • We are not liable for loss or non-delivery
  • Reshipping (if possible) will require additional payment

Orders cannot be changed once dispatched.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Shipping and tracking confirmation
  • Proof of delivery from the courier

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Our responsibility ends once the order is handed to the courier and marked as delivered.
